Pro Bowl Pin: A silver pin is given to team members who go above and beyond the call of duty. P.E.E.R CHOICE (Professional, Exemplary, Extraordinary, Respectful): A bronze pin that is given to team members recognized by their peers for delivering a world-class experience to our guests. Training Camp MVP: At the conclusion of our SKOL Service Training Camp, every team member will be given a pin recognizing that they have completed training camp at U.S. Bank Stadium.
