Award winners will receive: • Personalized certificate signed by the General Manager of U.S. Bank Stadium • Personalized letter congratulating them of their job performance • Customized football with their name, event information and date NORTH STAR AWARD This award recognizes team members who score a touchdown with our guests consistently throughout the event demonstrating the Pillars of SKOL Service. Award winners will receive: • Personalized certificate signed by the General Manager of U.S. Bank Stadium • Personalized letter congratulating them of their job performance • Jacket embroidered with the U.S. Bank Stadium and SKOL Service logos MVP OF THE YEAR AWARD This award recognizes team members who have become leaders for their teammates exemplifying the Pillars of SKOL Service and the mission statement throughout the entire year. Award winners will receive: • Personalized plaque • Recognition on the field during the last home game of the regular Vikings season • Personalized purple Vikings jersey • Picture with General Manager of U.S. Bank Stadium The U.S. Bank Stadium SKOL Service Rewards Program is designed to recognize and reward team members who assist in enhancing the guest experience at U.S. Bank Stadium. ON FIELD WARM UPS One representative from each department/company will be selected by their manager to watch the Vikings warm up on the field prior to the game. GAMEDAY MEAL All team members will have the opportunity to purchase a healthy and hearty meal on event day. TEAM MEMBER RETAIL DISCOUNT At the end of the Vikings season, during the SKOL Service Annual Celebration, team members will receive a discount at the Vikings Locker Room Official Store. You must present a valid U.S. Bank Stadium ID badge in order to receive the discount. PRE-SEASON PEP RALLY Prior to each Vikings season, a pep rally will be held to excite our team and get ready for the upcoming season. During this event, food, beverages and entertainment will be provided. ANNUAL CELEBRATION At the end of the Vikings season, a celebration will be thrown to thank all of our U.S. Bank Stadium team members for their hard work. Food and beverages will be provided during this event, as well as music, entertainment, games and prizes. MOVIE ON THE FIELD As an act of Appreciation, a festive film will be shown in the stadium and all U.S. Bank Stadium team members and their families are invited to attend. The event includes games and raffles, complimentary popcorn and drinks and additional snacks can be purchased at a discounted rate.
