How do I buy tickets?

Public Tour tickets can be purchased here.

All stadium tours are sold through ticketmaster.com, the U.S. Bank Stadium Ticket Office or through the Tour Department for Private Group Tours. Private Group Tours may be purchased by emailing [email protected]

For weekend tours, we suggest buying tickets in advance, as they tend to sell out.

How do I get tickets for a child under 5 years old?

Children under 5 years of age will be able to obtain a complimentary ticket at the U.S. Bank Stadium Ticket Office on the day of an accompanying adult’s tour. All children must be accompanied by an adult while touring U.S. Bank Stadium.

How much do tickets cost? Do you offer discounts?

What do I get to see on the tour?

Many spaces will be available for the stadium tours including, but not limited to, the Vikings Locker Room, Legacy Ship, Stadium Art Collection, premium clubs and suites, field area, interview rooms and the Thomson Reuters Press Level. Tour routes are subject to change due to availability based on events and activities throughout the stadium.

How long do tours last?

Tours are ninety (90) minutes long. Please wear comfortable walking shoes.

Are the tours accessible for ADA needs?

All tours are mobility-impaired accessible. Wheelchair requests for tours can be pre-arranged by calling 612-777-8776.

What times of day are offered for tours? Are they offered on the weekends?

With the exception of blackout dates, tours are offered year-round. Tours run every hour starting at 10:00 AM with the last tour departing at 4:00 PM every day, except on Sunday. On Sundays, tours run every hour starting at 11:00 AM with the last tour departing at 3:00 PM.

On blackout dates, group or public tours are not offered.

Is parking available for tours?

There are several options for parking around U.S. Bank Stadium, but parking is not included with the tour purchase. We encourage public transportation to the stadium as well as locating parking in nearby areas. The Mills Fleet Farm Parking Garage is located near the U.S. Bank Stadium Ticket Office at 740 S 4th Street, Minneapolis, MN 55415.

What items are not permitted in U.S. Bank Stadium?

  • Any bag larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″
  • Hard sided containers or coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, luggage of any kind, computer bags, camera bags and large traditional seat cushions that have pockets*
  • Glass, cans, aluminum bottles or thermoses of any kind*
  • Laser pens/pointers
  • Video cameras or mono/tripods
  • Cameras with lenses over six (6) inches long
  • Laptop computers
  • Large/golf umbrellas
  • Firearms, knives or weapons of any kind
  • Illegal drugs or substances
  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Signs, banners or flags on poles, staffs or selfie sticks
  • Televisions
  • Animals (except service animals to aid persons with disabilities)
  • Air horns, whistles, cowbells or other distracting noisemakers
  • Any devices that may interfere with and/or distract any sports or event participant, other guests, audio or audio/visual telecast or recording of the game or event or any technology-related service provided at the stadium
  • Projectiles (ie. frisbees, beach balls, footballs)
  • Aerosol (ie. mace, pepper spray, hairspray, sunscreen)
  • Fireworks, confetti or glitter
  • Obscene or indecent clothing
  • Balloons
  • Use of wheeled footwear, skateboards and hover boards
  • Strollers
  • Outside food

*Exceptions will be made for those with medical requirements/special needs.

What if I arrive after my scheduled tour time?

Plan to arrive 5 minutes early before your designated tour time as tours begin promptly on time. Guests that arrive more than 10 minutes late to their scheduled tour shall be denied admittance into the stadium for their tour. Should you arrive after your scheduled tour has departed, please check in with the Ticket Office for assistance.

What happens if there is inclement weather?

Our tours operate rain or shine. Emergency weather may impact the operation. Refunds or re-scheduling under this condition is TBD. If your tour is cancelled or rescheduled due to weather, you will be contacted by the U.S. Bank Stadium Tours Department.

Where can buses park while the tour is going on?

Bus parking is suggested on 7th St. between Chicago Ave. and 11th Ave.

Where does the tour guide meet for tours?

Public tours start at the Polaris Gate on the north-west side of the stadium, next to the Ticket Office.

Educational Tour FAQ

What grade levels do the programs cover?

Educational programs cover Kindergarten through 12th Grade. College-age programming is available upon request.

What subjects do the programs cover?

Sustainability/STEM and Career Paths programming is covered under the educational tour programs at U.S. Bank Stadium.

How do schools receive an opportunity for an Educational Tour?

To qualify for a field trip, schools must complete an Educational Tour Request Form online, and upon approval, will be scheduled for a field trip.

What time does the program start?

The earliest field trip can begin at 9:00 AM for the 2-hour program, with the latest start time being 1:00 PM.

Can I bring more chaperones?

You can bring more chaperones than required at the cost of each chaperone.

How does U.S. Bank Stadium support transportation for the tour?

Buses can park on 7th Street between Chicago Avenue and 11th Avenue.

Will the Minnesota Vikings be present on the Educational Tour?

Due to the schedule of the team, players and coaches are not regularly at U.S. Bank Stadium.

Do all tours go onto the field?

The field is on the tour route, but all routes are subject to change due to the event schedule of the building.

How will I know if my application was accepted?

Following your submission, you will be notified by email to confirm or to find another date that works for your tour.

When will I receive educational tour information after the initial application has been confirmed?

You will receive additional tour information two (2) weeks prior to your scheduled tour. At this time, your payment will also be due.

Group & Private Tour FAQ

How many people qualify for group pricing?

Private tours can be scheduled for groups of twenty (20) or more on any non-blackout dates and reservations must be made at least two (2) weeks in advance.

Where does the tour guide meet for tours?
