Ticket Information

If a customer purchases tickets from an unauthorized entity (not Ticketmaster or AXS), there is a risk in the secondary ticket market and third-party websites (scalpers, Craigslist, eBay, StubHub etc.) that the tickets may be fraudulent. Fraudulent tickets will NOT be honored and the ticket holder may be turned away.

TAKE NOTE: U.S. Bank Stadium is not responsible for tickets purchased from online sources outside of Ticketmaster or AXS. Tickets purchased from other sources may be invalid, more expensive, and/or ineligible for assistance. U.S. Bank Stadium is not able to honor, replace, or refund any invalid tickets. Guests with invalid tickets are welcome to purchase replacement tickets at the U.S. Bank Stadium Ticket Office based on ticket availability.

Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster and AXS that are designated for Will Call will be available for pick-up beginning one hour prior to the event unless otherwise noted by the event.

Customers must show a photo ID and the credit card used for the ticket purchase in order to pick up tickets at Will Call.

There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets. However, if an event is canceled or rescheduled, please contact the original point of purchase for updated ticketing details specific to that event.

All guests who have had their 2nd birthday MUST have a ticket to enter an event at U.S. Bank Stadium. Some U.S. Bank Stadium events will require all attendees, regardless of age, to present a ticket for entry.

For Minnesota Vikings football games, (1) child under who is less than 2 years old and less than 36 inches tall will be granted complimentary access with (1) ticketed adult. This child will be issued a wristband upon entry at the gates. The wristband must be worn while inside the stadium. Children with wristbands must stay seated on the lap of the adult and must not occupy another person’s seat.

To ensure that people with seating accessibility issues, disabilities, limited mobility and their guests have the same opportunities to enjoy any event within U.S. Bank Stadium, ADA ticket sales are available in person, online and over the phone. Please note that phone transactions are only available directly through Ticketmaster at 1-800-653-8000. 

Customers requesting ADA seating areas may purchase up to three (3) additional seats for their companions in the same row and those seats must be contiguous with the accessible seat. If contiguous seats have already been sold, the Ticket Office will offer seats as close as possible to the accessible seat. Tickets are subject to availability.

Relocation for guests who have already purchased tickets and are requesting ADA seating on the day of the event will receive one ticket and one companion ticket in exchange for existing tickets. Tickets are subject to availability.

Guests requiring interpreting services are asked to contact Guest Services at mobilityservices@usbankstadium.com no later than three (3) weeks prior to the event. We will do our best to meet our guests’ requests, but we cannot guarantee the service.
