Minnesota Sports Facilities Authority (MSFA)

U.S. Bank Stadium is owned by the Minnesota Sports Facilities Authority (MSFA), a public body and political subdivision of the State of Minnesota. The MSFA was created by the legislature in 2012 to design and construct a new Minnesota multi-purpose stadium. Today, the MSFA is responsible for protecting and maximizing the Stadium as an asset to the community, with direct oversight of the Stadium's daily operation and its key vendors.
