COVID-19 Updates

We are committed to providing a clean and safe environment for our guests and employees.

To ensure a clean and safe environment for all who enter through our doors, U.S. Bank Stadium has implemented VenueShield, a comprehensive health and safety program, in addition to following all CDC, State of Minnesota, and City of Minneapolis health and safety guidelines.

By purchasing tickets to events at U.S. Bank Stadium, unless prohibited by law, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include, but not be limited to, wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test.

We will continue to update this page with the latest health and safety protocols and policies applicable to U.S. Bank Stadium.

Face Coverings

Face masks are no longer mandated by local and state government and are not required to attend an event at U.S. Bank Stadium, unless otherwise stated by the event promoter. Guests are encouraged to wear a mask based on their own comfort level.

VenueShield

VenueShield was developed by ASM Global in partnership with leading medical experts, industry professionals and public health officials, and is comprised of best practices for certifying event venues at the highest standards of cleanliness for the safety and health of our clients, guests, and employees.

VenueShield encompasses six categories of venue operation including the areas of Environmental Hygiene, Customer Journey, Food Service, Technology & Equipment, Workforce Safety, and Communications. For more information on VenueShield, please visit VenueShield's official website.

Ecolab Science Certified

U.S. Bank Stadium has earned the Ecolab Science Certified seal. The program combines hospital disinfectants and food-contact sanitizers approved for use against the COVID-19 virus with public health and food safety protocols, training and periodic auditing, giving guests confidence that practices are repeated and checked. Guests will see the Ecolab Science Certified seal displayed in participating areas throughout the stadium. For more information on the Ecolab Science Certified program, visit www.sciencecertified.com.

Indoor Air Quality

U.S. Bank Stadium offers a clean and safe environment for our guests, clients, and employees through the virus-fighting protection of our bi-polar ionization system, which is installed in every air handling unit (AHU) in the venue. U.S. Bank Stadium regularly monitors airflow and will take reasonable steps to maximize air exchange at events.

This state-of-the-art technology actively contributes to better health by restoring indoor air to its natural state through an ionization process. It is said to mitigate or limit airborne viruses and keep the air we breathe in the stadium cleaner and healthier. The system installed at U.S. Bank Stadium has been proven in labs to effectively improve indoor air quality.

Cashless Experience

For safety and efficiency purposes, cash payments are no longer accepted inside U.S. Bank Stadium. Guests must bring credit and debit cards or use contactless options like Apple Pay for all purchases.
