DEPARTMENT: Ticket Office
REPORTS TO: Ticket Office Assistant Manager
FLSA STATUS: PT, Hourly, Non-Exempt

Position Summary
ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for a Ticket Seller for ASM Global/U.S. Bank Stadium. Ticket Sellers work U.S. Bank Stadium events (does not include Vikings games).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Accurately sells tickets as requested by patrons; accepts payment and makes change accurately.
  • Maintains accurate count when selling hard tickets or accesses computer for count of computer printed tickets.
  • Completes daily ticket sales report. Keeps accurate daily balance sheet of cash received and tickets sold; balances sales and change bank and submits cash to the Ticket Office Assistant Manager or Manager for audit.
  • Fills sales requests for tickets by telephone or mail, handles Will-Call window according to procedures, or other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills; responds promptly to customer needs, responds to requests for service and assistance, able to work independently and handle most Ticket Office questions without assistance.
  • Efficiently and courteously answers questions concerning prices, seating, and events, and gives information concerning coming attractions.
  • Files various records and reports. Performs related clerical work as assigned.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
  • Operate computerized ticketing system and a personal computer using Windows and Microsoft Office software.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Physical ability to use hands to handle and count coins and currency
  • Close vision ability
  • Ability to work flexible hours including daytime, evening, weekends, and holidays​​

Minimum Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 3 to 6 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education/experience
  • Ticket Office, cashier, or Guest Services background preferred
  • Ticketmaster experience preferred

​​​​​​Computer Skills

  • Operate computerized ticketing system
  • Operate event booking/scheduling software
  • Operate a personal computer using Windows, Office, and other standard office equipment.

Guest Experience Representative

POSITION: Guest Experience Representative

REPORTS TO: Guest Experience Supervisor

Position Summary
ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has excellent and immediate openings for Guest Experience Representatives for ASM Global/U.S. Bank Stadium.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet all guests entering U.S. Bank Stadium, check for valid tickets when necessary
  • Be personal and pro-active in aiding all guests with the highest level of customer service and hospitality
  • Assist guests by providing accurate directions to seating sections and key attractions within U.S. Bank Stadium and surrounding areas i.e. Plazas, Park, Light Rail
  • Establish and maintain cooperative relationship with those contacted in the course of work
  • Receive and quickly act upon requests or complaints from guests; refer serious problems to supervisory staff
  • Retain an extensive knowledge of U.S. Bank Stadium layout, seating Sections, key venue attractions, key venue personnel identity, and emergency activity procedures
  • Enforce stadium and league rules, regulations, and policies
  • Provide immediate assistance to and emergency notification of guests in the event of an accident or injury
  • In the event of an emergency, assist in evacuating U.S. Bank Stadium, while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor
  • Monitor all public areas to maintain order and safety
  • Perform daily safety and security checks within assigned area as well as throughout the stadium; report all substandard or inadequate findings to supervisory staff
  • Cohesively work in conjunction with other departments, including Minneapolis Police Department, security, food service, box office, retail, parking, custodial/housekeeping, and maintenance
  • Perform additional functions and activities as directed by the Guest Experience Manager

Qualifications & Skills

Education and/or Experience

  • Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Professional presentation, appearance, and work ethic

  • Must be available to work ALL Vikings home games and all of the major and/or tickets U.S. Bank Stadium events
