Public Inline Skating and Indoor Running Activities Return to U.S. Bank Stadium This November

Minneapolis (Monday, November 18, 2019) – Inline Skating and Indoor Running returns this season for U.S. Bank Stadium’s Winter Warm-Up, a series of twelve recreational fitness nights at U.S. Bank Stadium. These public events are open to all ages and will take place on the stadium’s main and upper concourses from 5 – 9 pm.

“We welcome the community to come and enjoy indoor running and inline skating at U.S. Bank Stadium this winter,” says Michael Vekich, Chair of the Minnesota Sports Facilities Authority. “We look forward to hosting these events each year. Offering affordable and accessible community events like U.S. Bank Stadium’s Winter Warm-Up serves the mission of U.S. Bank Stadium to the fullest extent.”

INLINE SKATING – Main Concourse Inline Skating will take place on the stadium’s main concourse, accessible through the northwest Legacy Gate. Open skating is offered from 5 – 8 pm with speed skating from 8 – 9 pm. Skaters will need to bring their own equipment to participate as skate rental will not be available. Skaters are required to bring their own safety gear, including helmets. Participants are welcome to bring inline skating equipment to the stadium and will be subject to a bag search and standard security procedures.

INDOOR RUNNING – Upper Concourse Indoor running will be offered on the stadium’s upper concourse, accessible through the Polaris Gate. Proper footwear is required. No strollers are allowed while running or on the running course.

TICKETS
Tickets for U.S. Bank Stadium’s Winter Warm-Up will go on sale Wednesday, November 20 at 10 am and will be available at www.ticketmaster.com or at the U.S. Bank Stadium Ticket Office. Individual sessions are available for $8 for adults and $5 for children ages 5-12, with no charge for children ages 5 and under. A bag check will be offered for $2 per event. After purchasing tickets, inline skaters and indoor runners will be required to sign a waiver in order to participate in these events at U.S. Bank Stadium.

Back by popular demand, a season pass will be offered this year at $88 for adults and $55 for children ages 5-12. The season pass is available through Monday, December 2.
