U.S. BANK STADIUM SWEEPSTAKES - OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.
Eligibility: The U.S. Bank Stadium Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. Entrants are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate families (defined as parents, spouses, children, siblings, grandparents, and their respective spouses) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of each such employee, officer and director, are not eligible to enter or win.
Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by ASM Global, d/b/a U.S. Bank Stadium, 401 Chicago Avenue, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55415 (the “Sponsor”).
Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by the terms and conditions of these Official Rules as established by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to qualify all submissions and to reject any submissions that do not meet the requirements for participation as established by Sponsor. All decisions of Sponsor concerning the validity of entries, the eligibility of entrants, the award of any prize (as detailed below in Prizes, each a “Prize”), or to terminate the Sweepstakes before the end of the Entry Period (as defined below), shall be final and in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
How to Enter: Entrants may enter by completing and submitting the Sweepstakes registration form available at www.usbankstadium.com during the Entry Period. All eligible entries submitted by entrants will be entered in a random drawing to determine the prize winners (“Prize Winners”) by the means set forth below.
All entries must include the name, mailing address, telephone number, e-mail address and date of birth of the entrant. By entering, all entrants consent to the use by Sponsor of all the information provided in the entries for marketing and/or sales promotional purposes without any attribution, identification, right of review or compensation. Entries submitted without complete identifying information will not be eligible to win. Limit one valid entry per person.
Sponsor assumes no responsibility for: typographical errors in the printing of these Official Rules; computer system, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures, delayed computer transactions or network connections that are human or technical in nature; damaged, lost, late, illegible or misdirected entries; technical, hardware, software, electronic or telephone failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; fraudulent, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions whether caused by Sponsor, the users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes; or any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of submissions or downloading, that may limit, delay or prevent an entrant’s ability to participate in the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes and award a Prize from entries received up to the time of termination or suspension should virus, bugs or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control, unauthorized human intervention, malfunction, computer problems, phone line or network hardware or software malfunction, which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt, compromise or materially affect the administration, fairness, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes or proper submission of entries. Sponsor is not liable for any loss, injury or damage caused, whether directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from downloading data or otherwise participating in this Sweepstakes.
Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on Thursday, March 5, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. CDT and ends on 7:00 p.m. CDT (the “Entry Period”). Entries received before or after the Entry Period are void. Sponsor’s computer systems are the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
Selection of Winners: The Prize Winners will be selected by a random drawing following the closing of the Entry Period. This contest will be limited to the first 5,000 entries. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
Notification of Potential Prize Winners: Approximately one day after each random drawing, the Prize Winners will be notified by e-mail or telephone that they have won a Prize. If any Prize Winner does not acknowledge acceptance of the applicable Prize within two business days after being notified that he or she is the Prize Winner, an alternate, randomly-selected Prize Winner will be chosen from the remaining valid entries using the procedure specified above.
Requirements of Prize Winners: Sponsor may require the Prize Winners to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release, wherever lawful, as a precondition to the award of any Prize. If any Prize Winner fails to sign and return the requested documents to Sponsor, that Prize Winner may be disqualified, and the applicable Prize will thereafter be awarded to an alternate, randomly-selected Prize Winner from the remaining valid entries using the procedure specified above in Selection of Winners, Notification of Potential Prize Winners and Requirements of Prize Winners. Prize Winners are required to redeem their Prize at U.S. Bank Stadium, and any Prize Winner who lacks the ability to do so, or is unavailable on the date of the event on which the Prize must be redeemed, will be disqualified, and an alternate, randomly-selected Prize Winner will be chosen from the remaining valid entries using the procedure specified above. If a Prize Winner is unable to attend the event on the specified date, the Prize will be forfeited without any compensation to the Prize Winner, and an alternative Prize Winner will be selected.
Prizes: One Prize Winner will be selected to receive the following Prize.

Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winners. No substitution for any Prize will be permitted. No Prize may be assigned, transferred, changed, exchanged, substituted or redeemed for cash. Sponsor makes no warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of the Prizes, including, without limitation, quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute different Prizes of approximately equivalent value in its sole discretion. Events are subject to change or cancellation in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Odds of Winning: Odds of winning a Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes and are equal among all eligible entrants.
Release, Publicity, and Privacy: By receipt of the Prize and by signing an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release, if requested, each Prize Winner consents to the use of his or her name, business name and address by Sponsor for advertising and promotional purposes, without any additional compensation or right of review, except where prohibited. No entries will be returned. All entries become the property of Sponsor, and entrant releases Sponsor from any and all liability related thereto. Entrants agree on entry form to share their email address with U.S. Bank Stadium and promotional partners for future contact via email, otherwise known as “opt-in” while registering, with the option to opt out of the email services at any time. The Sweepstakes entrants and Prize Winners agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, affiliated companies, agents, successors and assigns from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever related in any way to the operation of the Sweepstakes as well as for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of a Prize (including without limitation while traveling to and from a location to obtain or use any Prize) or participation in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer or administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of any Prize.
Conduct of Participation: By entering the Sweepstakes, entrant affirms that he or she has read and agrees to abide by these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant acting in violation of these Officials Rules or found tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Sweepstakes or the website. The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Minnesota.
Use of Personal Information: In order to participate in the Sweepstakes, entrants will be required to supply certain information about themselves. Sponsor has specified which information is mandatory in order to participate in the Sweepstakes. This information will be used by Sponsor for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes, and for those entrants who elect to receive promotional materials, to distribute promotional materials. The personal information provided by entrants will be collected, processed and used in accordance with ASM Global’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.usbankstadium.com/privacy-policy.
Disputes: EACH ENTRANT AGREES THAT: (1) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, BUT IN NO EVENT ATTORNEYS' FEES; AND (2) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED. ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANT AND SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, SHALL BE GOVERNED BY, AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA, WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OR CONFLICT OF LAW, RULES OR PROVISIONS (WHETHER OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA OR ANY OTHER JURISDICTION). BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, ALL WINNERS AND ENTRANTS HEREBY SUBMIT TO THE JURISCTION AND VENUE OF THE FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL COURTS LOCATED IN MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA.
